How do I choose what plan is right for me?
Our core offering is our Specialist Plan. It is designed to grow with your practice and is only billed per Specialist user (with the option to add more as your clinic grows) and includes free and unlimited other user types (such as Hygiene and Staff users) it also includes priority support. If you have multiple locations please contact us to discuss Enterprise plan options. We also have a free option for specialty residents at a university-based clinic.
What is the difference between a Specialist, Hygiene and Staff user?
A Specialist User can author and approve any type of patient report. A Hygiene User is similar but report approvals are limited to hygiene reports. A Staff User can start new reports (e.g. get them ready in advance for the scheduled patients of the day) but cannot approve reports, they can also view and download approved reports for administrative purposes. Hygiene and Staff user types are always free for paid Specialist Users.
Does Refdocs integrate with my Practise Management Software (PMS)?
We designed Refdocs to easily integrate into your workflow without the downtime needed for PMS integration. Refdocs is easy to setup and use in about 5 minutes without needing to spend limited IT resources connecting to your PMS. Utilizing our unique user-specific permissions, front desk staff can access and download approved documents for processing and retention. PMS integration is a feature we are always evaluating based on client feedback.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
You can try the full Refdocs Specialist plan, including as many specialists as needed, free for 7 days and may cancel at anytime during the trial. If desired, we’ll happily provide you with a free, personalized onboarding call to get you up and running as soon as possible.
Can I change or cancel my plan later?
Of course. Our pricing is designed to scale with the size of your practice. You can update your plan via Settings > Plan at any time. Alternatively, you may contact us and we’d be happy to assist you.
How does billing work?
Refdocs bills monthly per Specialist User and does not use any fixed term contracts. Payment is charged automatically via our secure payment provider, Stripe, and we happily accept VISA, MasterCard or American Express credit cards in CAD or USD depending on country. Please note, upon cancellation, no pro-rated refunds will be provided, but you will retain access for the remainder of any paid period.
